Boot Camp is one of the best workouts which is time efficient. If you are a personal trainer in Sunshine Coast or anywhere

improve their cardiovascular strength. The muscular endurance is improved
drastically with this type of exercise. In this blog post, we have given a
brief description of the steps one needs to follow while performing this
exercise.
· Warm Up
Before starting the main workout, warm-up for five minutes using
fundamental athletic activities. Spinal stretch should be first performed to increase
the flexibility of the lower back. Follow with other exercises like Duck down,
Step touch, Knee strike, Body roll, Bob and weave, etc.
· Athletic Drills and Cardio Kickboxing
Start with the first phase of exercise which will continue till 40
minutes. Exchange between athletic drills and kickboxing exercises so that you
get the interval in between. Perform aerobic workouts with cardio kickboxing for
5 to 6 minutes and anaerobic ones with athletic drills for 1 to 2 minutes. Your

Next 15 minutes, perform strength training with weighted bar. You can perform
workouts like Chest Press, Bent-Over Row, Side Lunge, Squat with Shoulder

· Improve Balance and Core Muscles
For the next 10 minutes, workout to improve the strength of your core
muscles. You can also enhance your balance with these exercises. Some of the
exercises that you can perform include Rainbow, Balancing Roundhouse Kick, etc.
· Cool down and Perform Stretching
Now, for
the next 5 minutes you need to cool down. You can do so by performing side to
side lunges. Stretching is also essential at the end of your entire training
session.
